This is the house in Pontypool, Ontario, where the Groen family lived for a year or two. Atone time it was United Church manse. When we live there, it housed two immigrant families. In the front part I remember the Langeraks and the VanDijks.
Attached to the house is a large wood shed, and behind it there was a small barn from the horse and buggy days. One day, two boys were playing in the barn. They decided they need a little fire to liven things up; soon the fire was a large fire, and the barn was reduced to ashes.
